One of my favorite style tips for layering necklaces is to attach each clasp to the opposite necklace then turn both necklaces around so the pendants are in the front.
It’s an easy way that adds interest and a trendy look. You could even add a statement earring to really make it pop.

Here are some of my favorite ways to style this trend.
- I love this look because it feels bohemian, yet still polished at the same time.
- A single clasp necklace can be worn long or short depending on what you pair it with.
- This layered pendant necklace combo is a must have. It’s simple, chic, and classic all at once.
- I love how the layered chain necklace can be worn with a plain T-shirt, and denim shorts making these simple staples look so much more interesting, and effortless.
- I love how it’s easy to create an elegant, yet laid back vibe with this simple style tip.
- To keep this look more casual, simply wear your layered necklaces with a basic tee and jeans combo.
- For date nights, throw on a cute dress and add a layered pendant necklace several inches from your neckline. This helps elongate your neck making you look taller, thinner, and slimmer adding just enough interest to your outfit without being overwhelming or over the top.

If you like the look of layering necklaces but aren’t quite sure how to wear them, here’s a style tip that would great for you. First attach each clasp to the opposite necklace and then turn both necklaces around so the pendants are in the front. If the necklaces are similar enough in length, you would now have a double-chain necklace.

This is a style trick I learned in college when I wore way too many necklaces on a daily basis but you can also wear it when you’re traveling or running errands.
This way all the layers are still there at the ready, it’s just that they’re tucked away out of sight. This is a great trick to use with textured or layered necklaces–like anything with a mini pendant or toggle clasp.
